As the Chief Financial Officer, Marc E. Goldberg leads the finance, planning, accounting, treasury, risk management, mergers and acquisitions, and real estate for Partner. He has almost 20 years of professional experience and has held a number of finance positions prior to joining Partner, including at Parsons Corporation, a $3 billion global engineering and construction firm. Marc also served as the Assistant Treasurer of Parsons Corporation and the Director of Finance of Parsons Transportation Group. In addition to his involvement in strategic initiatives, capital structure transactions, financial planning, credit and liquidity management, and risk analysis, Marc was also part of the M&A team, which contributed to a number of strategic investments in the transportation, defense/security, and environmental space. Marc is integral to Partner’s strategic decision-making process, bringing experience in portfolio analysis, budgeting and forecasting, capital investment, and M&A to Partner’s future domestic and international growth and industry leadership.
