Joining the Chicago-based company is Justin Hebbel as Senior Vice President in Baltimore and Sarah Spurgin as Vice President in Denver. 

Since launching in September 2022, Partner Valuation Advisors has issued over 1,236 valuations with an aggregate commercial real estate value exceeding $42 billion across 49 states. Justin Hebbel has over 14 years of commercial real estate experience appraising industrial, retail, multifamily, office, self-storage, right-of-way, and various types of land development. His background includes the valuation of real estate for multiple applications including market value appraisals, portfolio valuations, investment advisory services, and market rent studies. Prior to joining Partner Valuation Advisors, Mr. Hebbel served as a Vice President for JLL Valuation and Advisory. Prior to that, Mr. Hebbel served as an Analyst with Newmark Knight Frank and Integra Realty Resources (IRR).

Sarah Spurgin focuses on appraisal and consulting assignments for the valuation of multifamily assets, nationwide. Ms. Spurgin has 6 years of valuation experience with all types of real estate property valuation, including office, retail, and industrial, but specializes in conventional apartments, Low-Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC), small balance lending, student housing, age-restricted housing, Freddie and Fannie agency debt, market studies, and complex mixed-use developments. Prior to joining Partner Valuation Advisors, Ms. Spurgin served as a senior analyst at JLL Valuation and Advisory.
