Mr. Nunnink is an experienced executive with a track record of improving processes, especially with respect to accessing and structuring data to support the maximally efficient analysis of real property assets. He has been trusted to provide complex advisory services to some of America's largest corporations. Mr. Nunnink specializes in real estate information systems, business valuations, partial interest valuations, and manufactured housing data. He has designed and effectuated comprehensive real estate valuation and due diligence solutions in support of buy-side acquisition engagements; debt valuations; equity valuations in support of IPO’s and recapitalizations; ASC 805 Purchase Price Allocations; scaled eminent domain projects; and major bankruptcy cases, including the restructuring of Sears Holdings Corporation. His experience encompasses data structuring and analysis of all major property types, including specialty product types including Affordable Housing, Data Centers, Healthcare, Manufactured Housing, Self-Storage, and Senior Living.

Prior to launching Partner Valuation Advisors, Mr. Nunnick served as Chief Operating Officer, the culmination of a succession of leadership roles upon founding JLL’s Valuation Advisory practice in North America. Under his leadership, Valuation Advisory in the Americas grew organically from $25M to $66M in five years. Key to this success was data and technology initiatives led by Mr. Nunnink that materially increased the productivity of JLL’s team members.

Earlier in his career, Nunnink served as an Executive Director of Integra Realty Resources in Chicago for more than eight years. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a master’s degree in Accountancy, Financial Reporting & Auditing Services from the University of Notre Dame. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), holds Series 7 and Series 66 FINRA licenses, is an associate member of the Urban Land Institute, and a member of the CFA Society of Chicago.
