Michael Horton serves as a Vice President at Partner Valuation Advisors. He has 5 years of commercial real estate appraisal experience with retail, industrial, and office assets in the southeastern United States, primarily in Georgia. Mr. Horton has significant experience in the valuation of vacant land and income producing properties such as freestanding retail buildings, convenience stores, neighborhood and power/community shopping centers, industrial facilities, and office buildings (single-tenant and multi-tenant). He is accomplished in the analysis of leases and performing in-depth market research. He has worked with a range of institutional and non-institutional clients.

Prior to joining Partner Valuation Advisors, Mr. Horton served as an Associate Appraiser with Cushman & Wakefield’s Valuation & Advisory Retail Practice Group beginning January 2019. Other relevant roles held prior to entering the commercial real estate industry include Property & Casualty Claims Assistant for Capstone ISG, a privately held insurance company based out of Richmond, VA and Associate Underwriter in the Excess & Surplus division at Birmingham based ProAssurance.

Mr. Horton is a graduate of Samford University and a Practicing Affiliate of the Appraisal Institute. He is licensed in Georgia, Alabama, Tennessee, and South Carolina.
