Phillip Hanshew is a Managing Director for Partner Valuation Advisors (Partner), based in San Francisco. Hanshew’s role includes driving Partner's market growth efforts across the Western region, encompassing California, Nevada, Oregon, and Washington. Hanshew has nearly two decades of distinguished experience in commercial real estate valuation, with a notable emphasis on industrial facilities. His role as an integral member of the management team encompasses overseeing diverse areas, including client management, marketing and bids, production and review, training and recruitment, and the strategic expansion of the litigation support practice. Among his clientele are regional banks, credit unions, mortgage bankers along the West Coast, national hard money lenders and life insurance companies, and attorneys in the Pacific Northwest. 

Before joining Partner Valuation Advisors, Mr. Hanshew held a principal position within the Portland, Oregon franchise of Integra Realty Resources (later acquired by BBG where he developed deep market expertise and industry connections throughout California and the Pacific Northwest).
