Shervan has been responsible for the operations, infrastructure, budgeting, helpdesk, application licensing and deployment, and vendor negotiation and management for Partner. Shervan has successfully managed mission-critical technology projects, including responsibilities for the financial and deliverables in dynamic and fast-paced environments. He has aligned the IT strategy with corporate strategy to reduce operational costs, increase revenues and efficiencies, improve customer satisfaction, and provide leadership tools to make business decisions based on data analysis and maximize the value of the technology expenditures.
