Scott Belsky serves as Managing Director of Partner Valuation Advisors. Mr. Belsky has over 10 years of commercial real estate appraisal experience appraising industrial, retail, office, multifamily, manufactured housing, and self-storage assets. He has appraised commercial real estate in all 50 States as well as Canada and Mexico. Mr. Belsky focuses on multifamily and manufactured housing community (MHC) assets and currently serves as the National Practice Lead of the Manufactured Housing Communities and RV Resorts.
Mr. Belsky has significant experience leading multi-state portfolios and has appraised some of the largest multifamily and MHC portfolios in the United States. He has been a panelist at the SECO National Conference of Community Owners where he discussed the appraisal of manufactured housing communities and regularly attends the MHI National Congress & Expo, NCC Fall Leadership Forum, SECO National Conference of Community Owners, and the WMA Convention & Expo.
Prior to Partner Valuation Advisors, Mr. Belsky served as Managing Director and National Practice Lead – Manufactured Housing at JLL Valuation Advisory from 2017 – 2022. From 2012 – 2017, Mr. Belsky served as a generalist appraising, office, industrial, multi-family, retail, self-storage, and manufactured housing communities at Integra Realty Resources in Chicago, Illinois.
McKenna Luke, MAI, leads Partner Valuation Advisors’ National Hospitality Practice Group. Ms. Luke is responsible for driving the growth of the firm’s hospitality work related to appraisals, market studies, large portfolio engagements, and consulting assignments.
Ms. Luke has overseen and completed thousands of assignments spanning hospitality properties from small, independently owned motels to the most expensive resorts in the U.S. She brings extensive nationwide hotel consulting and valuation experience having worked in 45 states and valued roughly $9 billion of assets in 2023 alone, combining for a total of more than $30 billion in the last five years.
Ms. Luke has earned a reputation as a trusted advisor for hotel development and brings a deep understanding of hospitality markets, having consulted on complex assignments including portfolios, hotels, condo-hotels, resorts, resort residential, mixed-use, waterparks, golf, membership clubs, glamping, and experiential destinations. In addition to traditional hospitality work, she has conducted valuations of casino operations in Las Vegas, Atlantic City, and Pennsylvania, as well as ski resorts in California, Montana, North Carolina, and Canada.
Prior to joining Partner Valuation Advisors in 2024, Ms. Luke served as a Managing Director at HVS, where over a nearly 12-year period she directly completed or supervised thousands of appraisals throughout the Southwest and nationally, oversaw firm-wide appraisal standards, developed a training and development program, and managed client relations.
Ms. Luke graduated summa cum laude from the University of Denver, from which she later earned an MBA. She holds numerous state-certified general appraisal licenses and is a Designated Member of the Appraisal Institute (MAI).
Michael Wahl serves as Managing Director of Partner Valuation Advisors' New York Office. He has over 10 years of commercial real estate experience including the valuation of retail, industrial, and multifamily assets. He has commercial real estate in 40+ States, holding 33 Certified General Licenses.
Mr. Wahl has significant experience working with banking, agency, and private lending clients throughout the country.
Prior to Partner Valuation Advisors, Mr. Wahl served as Managing Director of National Private Lending out of Bowery Valuation’s New York office (From 2019-2023). Prior to that, Mr. Wahl worked at BBG out of their New York office (From 2016-2019).
Kristopher “KC” Vigoren serves as Senior Vice President for Partner Valuation Advisors. Mr. Vigoren has over 20 years of commercial real estate appraisal experience appraising office, industrial, retail, multifamily, self-storage, and subdivision development sites. In his current role, Mr. Vigoren is focused on performing various appraisal and consulting services for commercial asset valuations, which also include client communications, appraisal review, property inspections, staff support for certified appraisers, and mentoring junior appraisers.
Mr. Vigoren has worked in the commercial real estate industry since 2002 primarily in commercial real estate appraisal and valuation and appraisal review. His background includes the valuation of real estate for multiple applications including market value appraisals, portfolio valuations, investment advisory services, and market rent studies. He has experience appraising a variety of property types including, but not limited to regional malls, lifestyle centers, triple net properties, restaurants, office properties, medical office buildings, industrial properties, self-storage, cold-storage, manufactured-housing communities, limited and full-service lodging/hospitality properties, multifamily, student housing, and residential and commercial subdivision development sites.
Prior to joining Partner Valuations Advisors, Mr. Vigoren served as Senior Vice President at JLL Valuation Advisory. Prior to this work experience, Mr. Vigoren served as an Appraisal Review Manager within the Corporate and Investment Bank (CIB) at JPMorgan Chase. In this capacity, he was mainly involved with institutional assignments and national portfolio review coordination and management.
Eric Shaw serves as a Senior Vice President of Partner Valuation Advisors. Mr. Shaw has over 10 years of commercial real estate appraisal experience with industrial, retail, office, multifamily, manufactured housing, special use, and self-storage assets. He has appraised commercial real estate in Ohio, Kentucky, and West Virginia. Mr. Shaw focuses on industrial and self-storage assets.
Mr. Shaw has significant experience in coordinating regional portfolios throughout the Midwest for several local, regional, and national lenders. He has testified before the Hamilton County Board of Appeals, been deposed for national litigation, and assisted in a multi-state right-of-way portfolio.
Prior to Partner Valuation Advisors, Mr. Shaw was a Director at Integra Realty Resources, appraising office, industrial, multi-family, retail, self-storage, and special use properties. From 2007-2012, Mr. Shaw worked at Macy’s Inc., contesting real property valuations in 16 states throughout the Southeast and Northwest.
Mr. Nunnink is an experienced executive with a track record of improving processes, especially with respect to accessing and structuring data to support the maximally efficient analysis of real property assets. He has been trusted to provide complex advisory services to some of America's largest corporations. Mr. Nunnink specializes in real estate information systems, business valuations, partial interest valuations, and manufactured housing data. He has designed and effectuated comprehensive real estate valuation and due diligence solutions in support of buy-side acquisition engagements; debt valuations; equity valuations in support of IPO’s and recapitalizations; ASC 805 Purchase Price Allocations; scaled eminent domain projects; and major bankruptcy cases, including the restructuring of Sears Holdings Corporation. His experience encompasses data structuring and analysis of all major property types, including specialty product types including Affordable Housing, Data Centers, Healthcare, Manufactured Housing, Self-Storage, and Senior Living.
Prior to launching Partner Valuation Advisors, Mr. Nunnink served as Chief Operating Officer, the culmination of a succession of leadership roles upon founding JLL’s Valuation Advisory practice in North America. Under his leadership, Valuation Advisory in the Americas grew organically from $25M to $66M in five years. Key to this success was data and technology initiatives led by Mr. Nunnink that materially increased the productivity of JLL’s team members.
Earlier in his career, Nunnink served as an Executive Director of Integra Realty Resources in Chicago for more than eight years. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a master’s degree in Accountancy, Financial Reporting & Auditing Services from the University of Notre Dame. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), holds Series 7 and Series 66 FINRA licenses, is an associate member of the Urban Land Institute, and a member of the CFA Society of Chicago.
Joseph Miller serves as Managing Director of Partner Valuation Advisors. Mr. Miller has over 10 years of commercial real estate appraisal experience appraising retail, office, senior housing, industrial, multifamily, self-storage, and special-use assets. He has appraised commercial real estate in all 50 States as well as Canada, Mexico, and Puerto Rico. Mr. Miller has vast experience in appraising retail, office, and industrial properties and currently serves as the National Practice Lead of the Retail valuation practice.
With significant experience leading multi-state portfolio projects, Mr. Miller has appraised some of the most prominent commercial properties in the United States, including The Old Post Office redevelopment (Chicago, IL), Hudson Yards (New York, NY), Lincoln Yards (Chicago, IL), Wynn Encore and Plaza Retail (Las Vegas, NV), and Parkmerced (San Francisco, CA). He was named a retail influencer by Globe Street and is sought out as a top valuation expert.
Prior to Partner Valuation Advisors, Mr. Miller served as Managing Director and National Practice Lead – Retail at JLL Valuation Advisory from 2016 – 2022. From 2010 – 2016, he served as a Director of Integra Realty Resources (IRR) Chicago.
Ryan McDonald serves as the Managing Director of Partner Valuation Advisors (PVA) in St. Louis, Missouri. Ryan oversees a team of local and regional appraisers in the Midwest and leads PVA’s national self-storage practice.
With 20 years of experience in the commercial appraisal industry, Ryan has a broad range of expertise in the valuation of institutional commercial real estate including office, retail, industrial, multi-housing, self-storage, seniors housing, hospitality, mixed-use, residential subdivisions, renewable energy properties, and going concern valuations of complex assets.
Ryan handles various national client accounts and is regularly involved in national portfolio originations and management. Ryan has deep real estate valuation ties with major financial institutions, pension funds, REITs, insurance companies, and hedge funds. Ryan has also provided expert testimony in litigation assignments and tax appeal cases.
Lana Lenovitz serves as Managing Director of Partner Valuation Advisors. Ms. Lenovitz has over 18 years of commercial real estate appraisal experience appraising office, industrial, retail, multifamily and special use assets. In her current role, Ms. Lenovitz is focused on performing various appraisal and consulting services for commercial asset valuations, client communications, appraisal review, property inspections, staff support for certified appraisers, and mentoring junior appraisers.
Ms. Lenovitz has worked in the commercial real estate industry since 2005, primarily in commercial real estate appraisal and valuation. Her background includes the valuation of real estate for multiple applications, including market value appraisals, portfolio valuations, investment advisory services, partial interest valuations, and market rent studies. She has experience valuing a variety of property types, including industrial warehouses, flex properties, manufacturing facilities, truck terminals, automobile service stations, automobile dealerships, car washes, self-storage facilities, restaurants, retail shopping centers, triple net properties, senior housing facilities, skilled nursing facilities, medical and general office buildings, multifamily properties, hospitality properties, and development sites.
Prior to joining Partner Valuation Advisors, Ms. Lenovitz served as Managing Director at JLL Valuation Advisory from 2017 to 2023. Prior to joining JLL in mid-2017, Ms. Lenovitz served as Associate Director at Integra Realty Resources (IRR) in Baltimore.
Kenneth Jaggers is Managing Director for Partner Valuation Advisors and operates from Kansas City. Mr. Jaggers has over 30 years of commercial real estate appraisal, consulting, and loan underwriting experience. For the past 20 years, Mr. Jaggers has led teams of professionals providing appraisal and consulting services for some of the largest portfolio, acquisition, and infrastructure assignments in the region.
Mr. Jaggers has completed assignments of commercial properties of all types, primarily for institutional investors, banks, and private owners/developers. His expertise is in large and/or complex assignments for discerning clients and intended users. Areas of specialty include statutory compliance, highest and best use and feasibility analysis, and disposition consulting. Recently Mr. Jaggers completed the appraisal of two portfolio transactions industrial, mixed-use, retail, office, and development land comprising 35 and 46 properties. Other recent projects include two vacated corporate headquarters, an art gallery in the Flint Hills, and an infrastructure project totaling +/-20 property in the Kansas City MSA. Lenders, owners/developers, public entities, attorneys, and investors look to Mr. Jaggers for his experience and expertise.
