Jack O’Brien is a Vice President for Partner Valuation Advisors (PVA) based in St. Louis, Missouri. He has experience in industrial, office, retail, multifamily, self-storage, and vacant land. His responsibilities include the analysis of different types and complexity of self-storage properties including existing properties, proposed properties, expansions, and redevelopments. Additionally, O’Brien has experience in niche sectors of the commercial real estate industry such as net leased retail and medical office space. He performs market rent analysis and studies in multiple regions.  

Prior to joining PVA, O’Brien worked under JLL Valuation Advisory. Previously, he gained experience in real estate while working with Rodan Management.

Justin C. Hebbel serves as Senior Vice President for Partner Valuation Advisors. Mr. Hebbel has over 14 years of commercial real estate appraisal experience appraising industrial, retail, multifamily, office, self-storage, right-of-way, and various types of land development. In his current role, Mr. Hebbel is currently focused on performing various appraisal and consulting services for commercial asset valuations. 

Mr. Hebbel has worked in the commercial real estate industry since 2008 primarily in commercial real estate appraisal and valuation. His background includes the valuation of real estate for multiple applications including market value appraisals, portfolio valuations, investment advisory services, and market rent studies. 

He has experience appraising a variety of property types including but not limited to office properties, medical office buildings, industrial properties, self-storage, cold-storage, lifestyle centers, triple net properties, restaurants, manufactured-housing communities, limited and full-service lodging/hospitality properties, multifamily, and residential and commercial subdivision development sites.

Prior to joining Partner Valuation Advisors, Mr. Hebbel served as a Vice President for JLL Valuation and Advisory in which he served a similar role. Before that, Mr. Hebbel served as an Analyst with Newmark Knight Frank and Integra Realty Resources (IRR).

Jordan Magness serves as Senior Vice President of the Healthcare & Life Science group. In this role, he focuses on providing valuations for properties in the healthcare & life science sectors, including hospitals, medical office buildings, surgery centers, imaging centers, behavioral hospitals, substance abuse treatment centers, labs, GMP/cGMP facilities, and others. Valuation and advisory services include real property and going-concern appraisals, fair market rent studies for lease negotiation and Stark compliance, purchase price allocations for FASB ASC 805 and ASC 820 compliance, and other consulting services as requested by clients. Mr. Magness provides valuation and advisory services for healthcare & life science-related properties nationwide.

Mr. Magness is a graduate of Oklahoma State University and holds appraiser licenses in five states.

Crystal Brooks serves as Vice President of Partner Valuation Advisors. Ms. Brooks has over 10 years of real estate experience and over five years of experience in the real estate appraisal industry. Ms. Brooks appraises all types of commercial real estate, including retail, office, industrial, multi-family, manufactured housing, self-storage, and special-use assets.

Prior to Partner Valuation Advisors, Ms. Brooks served as a commercial appraiser with Braun & Associates, Inc. Ms. Brooks served as a generalist, appraising office, industrial, multi-family, retail, self-storage, manufactured housing communities, and special use properties. 

Prior to her work with Braun & Associates, Inc., Ms. Brooks served as Vice President of Burkhart Properties, a real estate investment and property management company. There she managed and grew a portfolio of single-family and multi-family residential properties. Before her work with Burkhart Properties, Ms. Brooks served as Director of Operations for 877-KWK-KASH, a real estate lead generation company. There she trained real estate investors and franchisees in business development and investment strategy.

Chris Hodge serves as Vice President at Partner Valuation Advisors. A licensed Certified General Appraiser, Mr. Hodge has over eight years of appraisal experience and has worked in a broad range of property types, including industrial, retail, multi-family, manufactured housing communities, and mixed-use developments.

Prior to joining Partner Valuation Advisors, Mr. Hodge served as a commercial appraiser with B Braun & Associates, Inc., covering office, industrial, multi-family, retail, self-storage, manufactured housing communities, and special-use properties.

Mr. Hodge is a graduate of Carson-Newman College in Tennessee. 

Bradley Grossa serves as a Director for Partner Valuation Advisors. In this role, Mr. Grossa is focused on conducting appraisals for Seniors Housing and Healthcare properties, nationwide. With seven years of experience appraising Senior Housing and Healthcare related properties, Mr. Grossa offers extensive experience in developing appraisal and appraisal-related services. 

Prior to Partner Valuation Advisors, Mr. Grossa served as a Senior Vice President for JLL Valuation and Advisory in which he served a similar role.

Aubrey Greene serves as Senior Associate for Partner Valuation Advisors. In this role, Mr. Greene is focused on producing appraisals, market studies, and portfolio valuations for Healthcare and Commercial properties.

Prior to Partner Valuation Advisors, Mr. Greene served as an analyst for JLL Valuation and Advisory, performing valuations and appraisal reports for the Healthcare team for approximately 2 years.

Andrea Roberts serves as a Director for Partner Valuation Advisors. In this role, Mrs. Roberts is focused on conducting appraisals for Seniors Housing and Healthcare properties, nationwide. With 11 years of appraisal-related experience including 8 years of specialized experience appraising Senior Housing and Healthcare related properties, Mrs. Roberts offers extensive experience in developing appraisal and appraisal-related services.

Prior to Partner Valuation Advisors, Mrs. Roberts served as a Senior Vice President for JLL Valuation and Advisory in which she served a similar role.

Allison Stavinoha serves as a Director for Partner Valuation Advisors. In this role, Ms. Stavinoha is focused on conducting appraisals for Seniors Housing and Healthcare properties, nationwide. With five years of experience appraising Senior Housing and Healthcare related properties, Ms. Stavinoha offers extensive experience in developing appraisal and appraisal-related services.
