Sean Hall serves as Senior Vice President for Partner Valuation Advisors. Mr. Hall has nearly 15 years of commercial real estate appraisal experience appraising office, industrial, retail, multifamily, self-storage, special use, land and subdivision development sites. In his current role, Mr. Hall is focused on performing various appraisal and consulting services for commercial asset valuations, which also include client communications, appraisal review, property inspections, and staff support for certified appraisers.
Mr. Hall has worked in the commercial real estate industry since 2011 primarily in commercial real estate appraisal and valuation and appraisal review. Prior to joining Partner Valuation Advisors, Mr. Hall served as Senior Appraiser and Template Administrator for BBG, Inc. In his Template Administrator role, he was part of the IT team and managed a team of in-house developers and consultants to update, maintain, and develop ground-up templates for various core and special use property types. Prior to this work experience, Mr. Hall was a commercial appraiser with Commercial Valuation Consultants, Inc. (acquired by BBG, Inc.) based in Denver, CO, and Landretti & Company, LLC based in Madison, WI, where he appraised various property types.

Adam Cline, MAI joined Partner Valuation Advisors as a Director in June of 2025. He brings over a decade of experience performing appraisal and consulting assignments on a variety of income-producing properties, with specialized experience appraising office, retail, hospitality, and senior housing assets.
Mr. Cline has completed thousands of real estate valuation engagements for lending, estate planning, ad valorem tax appeal, compliance, and litigation purposes. He specializes in going concern valuations of hospitality and senior housing properties in a variety of regions throughout the United States. Notable properties appraised include Estate Yountville Napa, Friedman Estate California, The Current River North Denver, INDUSTRY Denver, The Grand Colorado, River Run Resort Breckenridge, Tumbling River Ranch Colorado, Ritz-Carlton Chicago, Pendry Chicago, 250 South Wacker Chicago, JW Marriott Indianapolis, Sheraton Raleigh, Bonaventure of Pueblo, and Legacy Village of St. George.
Prior to joining Partner Valuation Advisors, Mr. Cline was employed at Cushman & Wakefield as an Executive Director in the Real Estate Valuation Group.

Kristopher “KC” Vigoren serves as Executive Vice President for Partner Valuation Advisors. Mr. Vigoren has over 20 years of commercial real estate appraisal experience appraising office, industrial, retail, multifamily, self-storage, and subdivision development sites. In his current role, Mr. Vigoren is focused on performing various appraisal and consulting services for commercial asset valuations, which also include client communications, appraisal review, property inspections, staff support for certified appraisers, and mentoring junior appraisers.
Mr. Vigoren has worked in the commercial real estate industry since 2002 primarily in commercial real estate appraisal and valuation and appraisal review. His background includes the valuation of real estate for multiple applications including market value appraisals, portfolio valuations, investment advisory services, and market rent studies. He has experience appraising a variety of property types including, but not limited to regional malls, lifestyle centers, triple net properties, restaurants, office properties, medical office buildings, industrial properties, self-storage, cold-storage, manufactured-housing communities, limited and full-service lodging/hospitality properties, multifamily, student housing, and residential and commercial subdivision development sites.
Prior to joining Partner Valuations Advisors, Mr. Vigoren served as Senior Vice President at JLL Valuation Advisory. Prior to this work experience, Mr. Vigoren served as an Appraisal Review Manager within the Corporate and Investment Bank (CIB) at JPMorgan Chase. In this capacity, he was mainly involved with institutional assignments and national portfolio review coordination and management.
