Sean Hall serves as Senior Vice President for Partner Valuation Advisors. Mr. Hall has nearly 15 years of commercial real estate appraisal experience appraising office, industrial, retail, multifamily, self-storage, special use, land and subdivision development sites. In his current role, Mr. Hall is focused on performing various appraisal and consulting services for commercial asset valuations, which also include client communications, appraisal review, property inspections, and staff support for certified appraisers.
Mr. Hall has worked in the commercial real estate industry since 2011 primarily in commercial real estate appraisal and valuation and appraisal review. Prior to joining Partner Valuation Advisors, Mr. Hall served as Senior Appraiser and Template Administrator for BBG, Inc. In his Template Administrator role, he was part of the IT team and managed a team of in-house developers and consultants to update, maintain, and develop ground-up templates for various core and special use property types. Prior to this work experience, Mr. Hall was a commercial appraiser with Commercial Valuation Consultants, Inc. (acquired by BBG, Inc.) based in Denver, CO, and Landretti & Company, LLC based in Madison, WI, where he appraised various property types.
