She has more than 15 years of experience in housing valuation, market feasibility, and development analysis, with expertise spanning affordable, workforce, and conventional multifamily assets.
Sarah’s professional background combines deep market analysis experience with hands-on development leadership, allowing her to deliver valuation and market conclusions grounded in both data and real-world execution. Her work focuses on affordable and market-rate multifamily properties, with expertise in demographic analysis, demand and supply evaluation, rent and absorption modeling, and regulatory considerations affecting value.
Prior to joining Partner Valuation Advisors, Sarah spent nearly a decade with JLL as a Housing Market Analyst, preparing appraisals and market studies for affordable and market-rate multifamily developments across Oklahoma, Texas, Missouri, Kansas, and Arkansas. She later held senior roles in affordable housing development, where she led underwriting and financing for LIHTC, USDA Section 515, HOME, and AHP-funded projects—experience that further sharpened her understanding of how valuation assumptions perform throughout development and stabilization.
