Fernando Sosa, ASA, MRICS is a Managing Director and National Practice Leader for the Power & Infrastructure practice at Partner Valuation Advisors. He is focused managing the execution of appraisals and cost segregation studies for all power generation, machinery & equipment assets. Mr. Sosa has 26 years of experience in machinery & equipment appraisals with a focus on power generation for the last 20 years. Mr. Sosa is an Accredited Senior Appraiser with the American Society of Appraisers designated in Machinery & Technical Specialties and a Member of Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

Mr. Sosa oversees the execution of appraisals and cost segregation studies for renewable energy and conventional energy projects. Work has been performed for utility scale, C&I portfolios, residential portfolios, distributed generation, 80/20 repower.
