Justin Eichman

Justin Eichman serves as a Managing Director for Partner Valuation Advisors in the San Francisco Bay Area. Mr. Eichman is an accomplished commercial real estate professional with over 20 years of experience in the valuation of a multitude of assets and has completed thousands of appraisal assignments nationally.

Mr. Eichman is an experienced leader having led a national appraisal firm for over 10 years, during which time he supervised/reviewed appraisal assignments, expanded a national appraisal team, and oversaw all commercial appraisal operations. Outside of appraisal, Mr. Eichman was a Director of mortgage banking with Gantry, sourcing and placing commercial real estate debt. He was also a Principal with a private commercial real estate debt fund focusing on originations and underwriting all new investment opportunities.

Prior to joining Partner Valuation Advisors, Mr. Eichman was Managing Director of Valuation with AEI Consultants and managed commercial real estate valuation teams throughout the United States.
