Michael A. Robinson, MRICS, is a Managing Director at Partner Valuation Advisors, supporting the firm’s operations in Florida and the New York metropolitan area. With nearly 35 years of experience, he is widely recognized as one of the most respected professionals in the valuation industry.
Throughout his career, Michael has led the valuation of thousands of commercial properties across the United States, including some of the most iconic and complex assets in the market. His expertise spans multifamily, office, industrial, hospitality, and development sites, with specialized experience in portfolio valuation, partial interest valuations, financial reporting, litigation support, and estate tax disputes.
Prior to joining Partner Valuation Advisors, Michael served in senior leadership roles at several national valuation firms, where he built a strong track record serving institutional investors and debt capital clients.
Notable properties Michael has appraised include the Seagram Building at 375 Park Avenue, the retail component of the Time Warner Center, 425 Park Avenue, and 432 Park Avenue—once the tallest residential tower in the Western Hemisphere.
