Vytas Norusis, MAI, serves as Executive Vice President at Partner Valuation Advisors, based in Chicago. With over a decade of experience in industrial valuation, Vytas is recognized as one of the nation’s leading experts in the Industrial Outdoor Storage (IOS) sector.

Throughout his career, Vytas has appraised more than $10 billion in industrial assets, including some of the earliest acquisitions by major IOS operators and advising many of the largest ownership groups and institutions active in the space. He specializes in guiding strategy and execution for institutional clients, with a focus on IOS portfolios and complex industrial assets nationwide.

Prior to joining Partner Valuation Advisors, Vytas served in senior roles at Colliers and CBRE, consistently delivering high-impact valuation services for institutional lenders, pension funds, and financial reporting clients. His thought leadership has helped shape market understanding of IOS through widely-read publications on the Knowledge Leader blog.
