Throughout his career, Bill has advised on high-profile properties and landmark developments, including the GM Building, 432 Park Avenue, and the Fulton Transit Center. His expertise spans ground lease valuation, condemnation, and expert witness testimony, making him a trusted advisor for litigation and consulting projects.

Prior to joining Partner Valuation Advisors, Bill held advisory roles for Columbia University, NYC Economic Development Corporation, and NYC Health and Hospitals Corporation. He played a pivotal role in NYC’s East Midtown Rezoning proposal, Columbia University’s Manhattanville campus acquisition, and development modeling for the Torre Verre Residences (53 West 53rd Street).
